John blends vast experience, a compassionate heart, and a fiercely competitive edge to help his clients win.  He has participated in 3,500+ real estate sales transactions since 1972 as: agent, a principal, Associate-Broker, Office Manager or Broker/Owner of his own firm responsible for 40-50 licensees.  He previously owned an escrow company and grew up in the title insurance business.  Real estate is in his blood.  Selling a property here and buying in another state is complex and, for most, intimidating.  Designing the wrong plan can cost clients money they can’t afford to lose.  I’m an expert at that coordination.  My processes & techniques will give a seller in another state, and their agent, the confidence they must have in order to accept your offer instead of that of another.

Buying her first home in Manhattan Beach in the 70"s was what piqued Getchel's interest in real estate career. She was working with 20th Century Fox Studios at the time, and she decided to be her own employer instead of working in a corporation. Getchel is now a licensed real estate broker with over four decades of experience selling property in South Bay Area. She specializes in the re-sale of single family homes, townhouses, condos and small apartment buildings, and is experienced in executing's 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Bonney became a realtor after a career as an ICU nurse at CHLA & UCLA. She feels her nursing experience helps her provide the caring & understanding needed for each real estate transaction. She has been selling homes, town homes, condos and apartment buildings throughout the South Bay since 1985 and loves the real estate business. She has sold many homes and town homes in North Redondo Beach which she feels offers a great opportunity and value for first time buyers and people moving to the South Bay from other areas.

Originally from Toronto Canada, Bonney lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband Vic and puppy Bruno, where they raised their children. She has experience purchasing, owning and managing apartment buildings and doing “flips” for clients.
