John blends vast experience, a compassionate heart, and a fiercely competitive edge to help his clients win. He has participated in 3,500+ real estate sales transactions since 1972 as: agent, a principal, Associate-Broker, Office Manager or Broker/Owner of his own firm responsible for 40-50 licensees. He previously owned an escrow company and grew up in the title insurance business. Real estate is in his blood. Selling a property here and buying in another state is complex and, for most, intimidating. Designing the wrong plan can cost clients money they can’t afford to lose. I’m an expert at that coordination. My processes & techniques will give a seller in another state, and their agent, the confidence they must have in order to accept your offer instead of that of another.
With years of combined real estate experience and expertise, our team will work hard to get you to the closing.

“I’ve purchased a home and income property with Bonney. Both times I wasn’t sure of what I was doing or if it was possible but Bonney quickly accessed my preferences, comfort level and financial situation and was able to show me suitable properties. Once selected, Bonney helped through the entire process, answering my questions and even managing the banker and seller’s realtor when needed. In the end, the transactions were successful due to Bonney’s experience, resourcefulness and attention to detail.”
